Six Months!

Where has the time gone? I can't believe Ellie is already 6 months old. Although it feels like years since I gave birth, it feels like she was a newborn just yesterday. She is so much fun these days. Smiling, laughing, rolling around all over the place, even attempting to crawl a couple of times, which we called the inch worm. After realizing she could roll faster than crawling, she quickly gave up on it.

 She loves playing peek a boo. I cover her face with a burp cloth and she pulls it down and laughs when you say "Peek a boo." After one or two times she'll put the blanket on her face and pull it down herself. She smiles and giggles when you blow raspberries on her tummy or kiss it. She started solids, and after a week or two of practicing, she had eating them down pat.

Her immunizations were a piece of cake this time around. Barely any crying and no fever. She weighed 16lbs 9 oz (70th percentile) and was 27inches long (95th percentile).



Owww, poor thighs.
